The Full Story
Where it all started
Born with a deep curiosity for all things medical and beauty Morgan dove into researching careers in esthetics as soon as she saw her first Jelly Mask on Instagram. She quickly fell in immense love for the community, the confidence boost she could give her future clients, and the idea of herself in a cute pair of FIGS scrubs.
​She became driven, fearless, and unstoppable when she finally found her sense of belonging in esthetics in 2020, and quickly wanted to make a difference in the fake, over-filled, over-treated, and under educated industry. She became a business owner right out of Esthetician school and opened her one room spa [pictured] in the back of Wild Roots Salon & Boutique.
The dream was born
Morgan's next goal was to get a job at a medical spa but wanted experience first. She set aside that dream and decided to give herself 5 years... Newsflash. It didn't take that long. In May of 2021, just 7 months in, she was blessed with a position at Renew Vitality Clinic. That job was a dream. She quickly became great friends with her coworkers, learned a lot, failed a few times, and succeeded in many ways. You would never believe it, but exactly 2 years later in May of 2023 she took over the Aesthetic side of the company.
Morgan always has a 5 & 10 year plan for the future, but you know what they say.. You make a plan and God laughs!
She started operating at RVC under her own LLC, Morgan Mills Aesthetics. She soon had the dream to open her own clinic with her own design, atmosphere, and with more room to flourish & grow.
It didn't take long for her to find a realtor and create a mood board on pinterest.
Ready, Set, Evolve
In May 2024, her dream came to fruition. The perfect space in Waco became available, she booked a branding photoshoot, and she had the perfect name for her business! DIVINE... what a perfect name. Did you know in the bible the word Divine was used to define anything God had his hand in creating? That's how Morgan felt about this business. There was absolutely no way she did it all on her own!
There was a hiccup in the road though... someone else had already utilized the name in Waco and Morgan couldn't take away from her, so we kept searching!
"The aesthetic industry evolves again...", Morgan read in an article.
"Wow", she thought. "Thats how I feel about this business. Forever evolving just like the aesthetic industry, just like my fashion sense, just like my skincare routine!"
There was no going back... it was perfect.
Evolve, the perfect word to pair with a forever evolving industry and brand.​
To evolve is to transition into something better, and that's exactly what she did.
With family and friends by her side, she completely remodeled the space we now utilize, and poured her heart into what we are now. In Morgan's eyes, there is always room for growth. We have many plans to expand the brand in 2025, but for now we're doing our best to spread the Evolve difference to our Waco community.
